Director of Rehabilitation - COTA

Responsibilities

• Manage daily therapy department operations.
• Supervise and mentor PT, PTA, OT, COTA, and SLP staff.
• Maintain compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor department productivity, staffing, and clinical outcomes.
• Coordinate scheduling and caseload management.
• Partner with facility leadership to support census growth and resident satisfaction.
• Participate in patient care and treatment delivery as needed.
• Foster a positive, collaborative culture focused on clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Preferred Candidate: Current Ohio Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License.
• Previous leadership experience or strong desire to move into leadership.
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred.
• Also Considered: Occupational Therapist (OT), Physical Therapist (PT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).

• Knowledge of rehabilitation operations and reimbursement systems.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop clinical teams.
