About the role
The Director of Rehabilitation oversees all aspects of the rehabilitation program at our facility, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation program
- Develop and implement training programs for staff
- Evaluate and improve patient outcomes through data analysis
- Collaborate with medical staff to develop treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in rehabilitation management
- Proven leadership skills
- Knowledge of rehabilitation protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
