About the role

The Director of Rehabilitation oversees all aspects of patient care and rehabilitation programs at our esteemed facility. This role requires a deep understanding of rehabilitation techniques and a passion for helping patients recover and regain independence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department
• Develop and implement comprehensive rehabilitation plans
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure patient care standards are met
• Train and mentor rehabilitation staff
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor patient progress
• Stay updated with the latest rehabilitation techniques and technologies

Requirements

• MBA in Healthcare Management or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in rehabilitation management
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in healthcare settings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Current certification in Rehabilitation Medicine
• Experience working in a hospital or similar setting
