About the role

The Director of Rehabilitation at Town Square Sandy Springs is responsible for overseeing the therapeutic activities and daily operations of the adult day care facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee therapeutic activities and daily operations
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility policies
• Develop and implement new programs to enhance the quality of care
• Collaborate with other staff members to provide comprehensive care to residents
• Maintain a positive and engaging environment for residents

Requirements

• Physical Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, or Occupational Therapist license
• Current and valid state licensure
• Experience or certification in dementia care
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Knowledge of therapy software/EMR
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Professionalism in all situations
• Physical demands: moderate to heavy

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, or Occupational Therapy
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting

Schedule

• Daytime hours: 8:30–9:00 a.m. to 3:00–4:00 p.m.
