About the role

This is a Perm Position. 40 hours M-F Weekend rotation "55-60 bed SNF; Bel-Aire Center is a beautiful facility located in Newport, VT. This facility is dedicated to providing quality care to all residents in both the short-term and LTC units. We get a good mix of short-term and long-term patients to provide therapy to. Our rehab department helps their patients have successful outcomes, and better prepares our short-term patients for discharges back into the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care to all residents in both the short-term and LTC units.
• Work with the rehab department to help patients achieve successful outcomes.
• Prepare short-term patients for discharges back into the community.
