Director of Rehabilitation

Position Summary

The Director of Rehabilitation is responsible for the overall management, coordination, and supervision of rehabilitation services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold a current Texas license in one of the following disciplines: Physical Therapist (PT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Occupational Therapist (OT), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Current Texas state licensure in good standing.
• Previous rehabilitation management or leadership experience preferred.
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and rehabilitation regulations.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily rehabilitation operations.
• Lead, mentor, and support therapy staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.
• Monitor productivity, clinical outcomes, and quality measures.
