Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Florida required
• Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy
• Experience in outpatient therapy settings preferred
• Demonstrated leadership or management experience supervising clinical staff
• Experience with staff recruitment, onboarding, and training
• Experience developing therapy programs, care plans, and clinical protocols
• Ability to evaluate clinical performance and implement quality improvement initiatives
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and basic office systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
