Director of Rehab - Physical Therapist

About the role

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client in Boynton Beach, FL.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and train therapy staff to meet clinical and operational standards.
• Develop and implement therapy strategies to improve patient outcomes.
• Evaluate and monitor patient care, ensuring compliance with established treatment plans and regulatory requirements.
• Cookordination services across interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff.
• Document all treatment and other pertinent patient interactions in accordance with clinic policies.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding home programs and activities.
• Support clinic culture and professional development through mentorship and collaboration.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy with a bachelor’s or associate degree.
• Active state license required to start.
• Experience in outpatient settings preferred.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, and training clinical staff.
• Clinical leadership experience, including developing therapy strategies and coordinating rehabilitation services.
• Experience evaluating patient care and implementing quality improvement processes.

Qualifications

• Valid state special education certificate may be required for schools.
• PT candidates only for the clinician-focused opportunity described in the companion description.

Skills

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or Physical Therapy program as applicable to role.
• Licensed or license eligible as required by state and role.
• New graduates and experienced clinicians considered where noted; demonstrated leadership experience for director roles.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
