Director of Rehab - Physical Therapist

About the role

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client. Key responsibilities include recruiting and training staff, developing therapy strategies, evaluating patient care, and coordinating rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and train therapy staff
• Develop and implement therapy programs and clinical pathways
• Evaluate patient care and coordinate multidisciplinary care
• Communicate with referral sources
• Coordinate rehabilitation services

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy with a bachelor’s or associate degree
• Active state license required to start in Florida
• Experience in outpatient clinical management preferred
• Prior experience recruiting, hiring, supervising, and training therapy staff
• Experience developing and implementing therapy programs and clinical pathways
• Experience with regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and performance improvement activities
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multidisciplinary care and communicate with referral sources
• Clinic manager experience required for Physical Therapists; PT-only clinic manager candidates will be considered

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in outpatient physical therapy
• Current active state license in Florida
• Experience in outpatient clinical management
• Experience with regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and performance improvement activities
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary care and communicate with referral sources
• Experience in recruiting, hiring, supervising, and training therapy staff
• Experience in developing and implementing therapy programs and clinical pathways

Skills

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
