Director of Rehab - Physical Therapist

About the role

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you'll recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services.

Provide inclusive outpatient physical therapy treatment and develop personalized plans of care for patients with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses. Objectively measure patient outcomes using outcome-measure software. Efficiently document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes. Manage daily clinic operations including financial, administrative, and personnel responsibilities. Recruit, train, and mentor clinical staff to ensure quality patient care and a positive clinic culture. Collaborate with teammates to grow clinical skills and support clinic growth.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy with a bachelor's or associate degree.
• Active state license required to start. Licensed or license-eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT) is required for this specific Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist role.
• At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in outpatient clinic environment preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with clinical documentation, patient evaluations, treatment planning, re-evaluations, and discharges.
• Experience in financial, administrative, and personnel management or demonstrated leadership responsibilities in a clinical setting.
• Ability and willingness to pursue professional development through affiliations, workshops, and conferences.
