Director of Rehab - Physical Therapist

Recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master/BS in Physical Therapy
• Active Florida state physical therapy license required to start
• Previous clinic management or lead clinician experience preferred
• Experience with staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management
• Experience developing clinical programs, patient care pathways, and quality improvement initiatives in an outpatient setting
• Experience with documentation systems and ensuring regulatory and compliance standards are met
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, productivity, and financial performance for a clinic
• Effective communication skills with patients, families, multidisciplinary teams, and referral sources
