About the Role

Evolve Therapy Services is seeking a compassionate Director of Rehabilitation (PTA or OTA) to oversee all aspects of therapy operations at an in-house skilled nursing facility in Oklahoma City, OK. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality therapy services in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, under the direction of the Regional Director of Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the therapy program in the assigned facility/facilities.
  • Ensure knowledge of and adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, procedures, processes, guidelines, job descriptions, certification requirements, HIPAA, confidentiality standards, and resident rights.
  • Establish facility-specific procedures in collaboration with the facility interdisciplinary team and train all therapy staff on these procedures.
  • Ensure all therapists provide therapy services in compliance with regulatory requirements, established standards of practice, company policies, department procedures, and productivity standards.
  • Ensure all therapists adhere to regulatory requirements and company procedures regarding documentation and billing of therapy services.
  • Communicate and interact professionally and respectfully with patients and family members to meet their requests.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned to effectively discharge the responsibilities of the position and support the best interests of the organization.

Requirements

  • Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology.
  • Active PT, PTA, OT, OTA, or SLP license in the state(s) of practice.
  • Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain current licensure and certification.
  • Experience with PDPM and MDS management preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal leadership and communication skills.
  • Results-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
