Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or Physical Therapy, with a bachelor's or associate degree
• Active state license required before your first day
• For schools, valid state special education certificate may be required
• Experience with older adults/geriatrics
• Experience with Net Health and PCC EMR systems

Assignment details

147-bed skilled nursing facility with typical occupancy of 100 to 110.
