Responsibilities

• Oversee all rehabilitation services in your facility
• Provide direct patient care and support your clinical team
• Ensure the highest standards of rehabilitation services
• Mentor and grow your clinical team while addressing patient needs
• Design, implement, and execute programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance patient abilities
• Adapt to the needs of your team and patients in various settings
• Support, grow, and mentor your clinical team while prioritizing patient care
• Collaborate with others and make referrals to ensure patients receive the care they need

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a rehabilitation discipline (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology) required; Master’s degree preferred
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice
• Thorough knowledge of Medicare and third-party billing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to make independent decisions and problem-solve effectively
• Thorough knowledge of all state practice acts
• Ability to positively interact with personnel, patients, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public
• Ability to effectively manage and motivate staff

Pay

USD $83,200.00 - USD $114,400.00 per year
