Responsibilities
- Oversee all rehabilitation services in your facility.
- Support your team by providing direct patient care and ensuring the highest standards of rehabilitation services.
- Mentor and grow your clinical team while addressing patients' needs.
- Design, implement, and execute programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' abilities.
- Act as a teacher, healer, and helper to support both your team and patients.
- Collaborate with others and make referrals to ensure patients receive the care they need.
- Adapt to the needs of your team and patients while finding joy in varied work settings.
- Prioritize patient care while supporting, growing, and mentoring your clinical team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a rehabilitation discipline (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology) required; Master's degree preferred.
- Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.
- Thorough knowledge of Medicare and third-party billing.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to make independent decisions and problem-solve appropriately.
- Thorough knowledge of all state practice acts.
- Ability to positively interact with personnel, patients, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public.
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate staff.

Pay
Posted salary range: USD $87,360.00 - USD $114,000.00 per year. Bonus: USD $10,000.00.
