Director of Rehab

Efficiently coordinate rehab services in providing patient care under Medicare, Managed Care, traditional and all other forms of reimbursement requirements.

Ensure outcome goals are met for each patient in an organized and cost-effective manner.

Facilitate efficient communication between rehab and other team members within the facility.

Assist the administrator with marketing and other facility needs.

Serve as a role model for the NHC promises.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist
• Must be flexible, reliable and an enthusiastic leader
• Prior supervisory and SNF experience a plus!
