About the Role

Join an exciting growth-stage company currently constructing a new headquarters building, with consistent 50% year-over-year growth for the past four consecutive years. This year, the company expanded its workforce significantly, hiring over 150 new employees. In this role, you will manage and lead a team including a Quality Manager, Quality Supervisor, 17 team leads, and technicians, overseeing all aspects of food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance for the organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the executive liaison with FDA, USDA, and third-party SQF auditing bodies
• Provide strategic leadership and technical direction to the Quality Manager and quality team
• Monitor, review, and drive quality performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

• BS degree in a preferred science discipline
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in food quality leadership
• SQF Practitioner certification required
