- Updates job postings and maintains applicant databases
- Responds to inquiries from candidates and employers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in human resources or related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment regulations
- Experience with data entry and record-keeping
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in ATS software
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
