Director of Recruiting

This role will support and oversee recruiting efforts working closely with leadership and hiring managers to help find great people for our growing teams. This role will be involved in all areas of the hiring process, including sourcing, candidate communication, interviews, and onboarding. We're looking for someone who is organized, personable, proactive, and enjoys building strong relationships with both candidates and internal teams. Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments and positionsMeet with leadership and hiring managers on hiring priorities. Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS tools, referrals, and other channelsManage candidate pipelines within the ATS and maintain timely communication and movement throughout the hiring processConduct candidate screenings, coordinate interviews and other pre-employment requirementsTrack recruiting KPIs, hiring activity and progress toward hiring goalsManage relationships with third-party recruiters and hiring partnersStay current on recruiting trends, sourcing strategies, labor-market conditions, and emerging talent acquisition technologies Requirements 2+ years of sales or recruiting experience with knowledge of full-cycle recruitingSelf-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to identify and engage passive candidates Highly organized with strong time management Experience working with CRM or ATS (applicant tracking systems) Benefits Competitive compensation package; including bonus incentive program Comprehensive benefits package, including employer-paid health insurance (no employee contribution toward premiums)401k with Company match & profit sharingExcellent working environmentVarious employee & family events Our results speak for themselves.
