Director of Real Estate
About the role
The Director of Real Estate provides strategic leadership for the company’s real estate function within an assigned region and is aligned to the Global Purchasing organization. The role develops and executes regional portfolio strategies, converts business requirements into real estate plans, and leads property transactions, lease administration, facilities partnerships, capital planning, and supplier performance to support operational continuity, cost effectiveness, compliance, and long-term business objectives. Consistent with the B12 Director level, this role establishes operational objectives and work plans, has input into the direction of the region, manages the approved real estate budget, leads the functional area and any assigned team, and collaborates across the company to deliver significant short-term business impact.
