About the role

This is a newly created senior leadership role responsible for end-to-end product and site quality within our High Voltage High Power division. The primary objective is to drive continuous improvement in quality across the entire product lifecycle—from design through manufacturing to customer delivery—while leading the shift to a standardized, data-driven, and scalable quality operating model that supports customer expectations and future growth.

This role goes beyond traditional quality management. It requires a leader who can align with and execute strategy, build scalable quality systems, and elevate organizational capability, while remaining sufficiently hands-on to drive change in a long-tenured, people-centric design and manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Full quality oversight across all manufacturing locations (internal and external)
  • Define and deploy a consistent global product and site quality framework
  • Ensure the Quality Management System is robust, scalable, and aligned with ISO 9001 and applicable customer-specific quality requirements
  • Lead the transformation of the site toward process-, system-, and data-driven quality execution
  • Own quality performance, audits, and escalation for subcontractors and Asia manufacturing sites
  • Serve as the senior quality interface for key customers
  • Define, track, and act on quality KPIs covering product, process, supplier, and customer quality
  • Build, coach, and elevate the quality organization to meet future business needs
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Program teams

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in Quality leadership within electromechanical, power, or semiconductor equipment environments
  • Proven ownership of product quality across multiple global manufacturing locations
  • Strong background in process-based quality systems, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
  • Experience working with demanding OEM customers and external audits
  • Ability to lead change in a people-centric organization with tenured staff
  • Credibility to operate effectively at operator, manager, and executive levels

Benefits

  • 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employee-only coverage; you share the cost of coverage for dependents
  • Company-paid bonus (percentage dependent on company profitability and individual performance)
  • Company 401(k) match (up to 6%)
  • Mental health benefits
  • Paid time off (accrued per pay period starting at 3 weeks per year)
  • 13 company-paid holidays
  • Paid time off for volunteer work (up to 8 hours per year)
  • Employer-paid supplemental short-term and long-term disability insurance
  • Veterinary pet insurance
  • Company social events held throughout the year
  • A friendly culture where people collaborate and strive for excellence
