Director of Quality

For our client, we are seeking a Director of Quality to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This leader will shape and drive a company-wide quality culture grounded in consistent standards, measurable performance, and continuous improvement. The role will partner closely with operations, site leadership, and cross-functional teams to anticipate customer expectations, resolve quality issues, and strengthen quality systems across the organization. This is an opportunity to influence both day-to-day execution and long-term quality strategy in a manufacturing environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually Responsibilities Drive a culture of quality excellence aligned with the company's quality strategy Create and implement a company-wide quality culture and methodology Anticipate customer needs to exceed expectations with quality systems Monitor quality trends and resolve issues with cross-functional teams Assist with corrective actions, investigations, and site-level management for quality standards Identify recurring trouble spots through ongoing communication and visibility Ensure quality metrics are deployed and tracked effectively at the division level Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred 7+ years of experience in Quality Systems Engineering in manufacturing 5+ years of effective team leadership experience Proven track record of driving quality improvements over time Experience in the automotive industry with knowledge of related quality requirements and customer expectations Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage Company-paid life insurance and disability 401(k) with company match Wellbeing days and parental leave Educational reimbursement and referral bonuses Employee discounts on products Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
