Director of Quality Assurance & Program Enhancements

Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 3:30pm, 35 hours per week, full-time.

About the role

The person in this position will serve as the senior staff ensuring accuracy of program participant payroll, contractual billing, attendance verification, Therap onboarding, reporting, auditing, and training. Supports Service Area Directors and Leadership to ensure services provided adhere to IP goals and align with authorization. Matrix management skills are essential as the Director works in conjunction with all service areas to ensure that quality programming is provided in a regulatory-compliant manner while addressing the needs and preferences of the people in our programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science/Arts Degree in a related field.
• Minimum of five years’ experience managing services for individuals with disabilities. May be substituted with 5+ years’ experience in operational or administrative management.
• Valid Driver's License and own vehicle to use as needed.
