  • Monitor regulatory and policy changes and ensure new requirements are incorporated into local policies, procedures, tools, and practices.
  • Develop and coordinate compliance, quality‑assurance, monitoring, and system training for PacMtn staff and workforce system partners.
  • Create clear, accessible guidance and explain complex requirements in plain language for audiences ranging from staff and contractors to executive leadership and the Board.
  • Provide respectful, solution‑oriented technical assistance while maintaining appropriate oversight boundaries and professional independence.

  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and train assigned staff.
  • Establish priorities, organize work schedules, deliverables, and coverage for the team.
  • Provide regular coaching, feedback, documentation, and opportunities for professional growth.

  • Promote collaboration, knowledge‑sharing, psychological safety, continuous learning, and shared accountability within the team.
  • Lead complex cross‑functional work even without direct supervisory authority over all participants.
