Director of Quality - Advanced Manufacturing (CAM)

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Management Program for Advanced Manufacturing projects from start to finish
• Develop and improve the company’s Advanced Manufacturing Quality Management System
• Establish specific Quality Management Plans and quality procedures for projects
• Drive a proactive quality culture throughout the project lifecycle
• Serve as the primary quality representative with stakeholders and clients
• Provide technical oversight during engineering and construction phases
• Conduct audits and lead investigations into quality issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, or related field
• 15+ years leading quality programs on complex industrial or manufacturing projects
• Experience implementing Quality Management Systems in complex construction environments
• Strong understanding of quality assurance and regulatory compliance
• Experience managing third-party quality consultants and resources

Pay

$140,000 – $260,000 annually
