Primary Tasks
- Oversight of all property accounting including preparation of journal vouchers, accruals, income, and expense items related to assigned properties.
- Maintenance of systems and documentation relating to capital expenditures, fixed assets, and lease data including rent ups, CAM, and accruals.
- Provides accounting support on GAAP related issues for revenue recognition, fixed asset & depreciation, WIP, expenses and other areas.
- Manages data for month, quarter, and year end close, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting needs of the organization and all external parties.
- Prepares financial statements and reports, conducts analysis, and adheres to organizational financial policies.
Experience Preferred
- BS in Accounting
- CPA required
- 8+ years experience in property accounting, residential or industrial
- Supervisory experience

Yearly Compensation starts at $145,000 plus benefits
