What You'll Do
- Lead the successful execution of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and transformation efforts.
- Drive portfolio prioritization, capacity planning, and resource alignment across projects.
- Direct high-impact, cross-functional projects, including technology implementations and process improvement initiatives.
- Partner with business, operations, and technology leaders to ensure strong alignment and successful outcomes.
- Provide executive-level reporting on project progress, risks, dependencies, and results.
PMO Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Establish and maintain project governance standards, documentation requirements, and reporting practices.
- Continuously enhance the organization's Project Life Cycle and Change Management frameworks.
- Ensure project and change management practices align with regulatory expectations and examination requirements.
- Identify, assess, and proactively resolve enterprise project risks and dependencies.
- Support digital governance committees and strategic technology initiatives.
Change Management & Team Leadership
- Champion disciplined change management practices, including requirements gathering, testing, training, implementation readiness, and post-launch validation.
- Lead, coach, and develop project management professionals to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
- Foster a culture focused on accountability, collaboration, innovation, and risk awareness.
