About the role
This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within an Energy & Utilities environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and establish the preconstruction organization including estimating and procurement strategy
- Develop departmental standards and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate proposal development and commercial strategy plans
- Direct detailed estimating and cost analysis processes
- Oversee design management and engineering coordination for preconstruction phases
- Create procurement roadmaps and risk mitigation strategies
- Lead project execution planning and logistics strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- 15+ years of EPC construction experience, focusing on complex energy infrastructure
- 10+ years of leadership experience in preconstruction or project development
- Experience managing projects with values exceeding $500 million
- Strong knowledge of various project delivery models like EPC and Design-Build

Pay
$150,000 – $180,000 annually
