About the role

Mohr Partners, Inc. is seeking a Director of Project and Development Services to join their team. The role involves working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment within Corporate Real Estate. Key responsibilities include leading and managing multiple consultants and projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead multiple consultants and projects on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with clients and business partners to ensure efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service.
• Provide presentations and reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with clients.
• Multi-task, work under pressure, and manage time and workload effectively.
• Understand and commit to client services and be willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
• Perform inspections that may include climbing stairs, using construction personnel hoists, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Utilize close and distance vision, as well as the ability to read and understand information presented orally and in writing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5-7 years’ real estate/project management experience.
• Experience in Real Estate project management, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Experience in portfolio account work managing multiple projects across the country.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• LEED certified is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Climb stairs and negotiate work areas under construction.
• Regularly required to sit for up to 8 hours a day and may involve periods of standing.
• Use hands and fingers to write and type.
• Speak clearly to communicate information and ideas.
• Read and understand information and ideas presented orally and in writing.
• Utilize vision abilities, including reading printed material, graphics, and computer displays.
