About the role

• Develop and execute project plans to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Manage project risks and issues to mitigate potential delays and cost overruns
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and status
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or a related field
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Jira
