Responsibilities

• Establish and uphold operations standards focused on cost control, waste reduction, quality, and safety.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing techniques to optimize materials usage, shipping, and receiving processes while steering production scheduling and capacity planning.
• Lead high-performance initiatives and recommend and execute changes that significantly enhance operational efficiency.
• Build and manage an empowered operations leadership team, fostering strong employee relations and facilitating faster problem resolution.
• Oversee the operations budget across branches ensuring compliance with organizational expenditure requirements.
• Collaborate with company management to identify and exploit opportunities for improvement, maximizing efficiencies and boosting earnings.
• Maintain a safe work environment, compliant with OSHA regulations, while promoting a productive and positive culture.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field is required.
• 5-10 years of experience in the bottling and manufacturing industry.
• Strong financial management acumen and a proven track record in overseeing company operations, finance, and quality assurance.
• Effective long-term planning and program evaluation skills.
• The ability to establish and nurture relationships with management, employees, government agencies, and the public.
• Exceptional communication skills in both oral and written formats.
• Proficiency in software tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

A competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000.
