Director of Product Management - Endpoint Management Partner Integrations

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for endpoint management partner integrations
• Lead integration strategy with ServiceNow and Microsoft, ensuring high-value outcomes
• Drive partnerships across endpoint ecosystems, defining critical investments
• Partner with engineering to deliver high-quality integrations
• Document customer use cases and prioritize new investment opportunities
• Establish and track KPIs for continuous improvement in integrations

Qualifications

• 8+ years of total professional experience in enterprise B2B software
• 5+ years in product management for SaaS or enterprise platforms
• Proven track record of shipping partner-led products and integrations
• Strong knowledge of endpoint management and IT operations
• Familiar with Microsoft and ServiceNow ecosystems, including relevant tools and platforms
