Director of Product Management - Digital Data Platforms

This is a fully remote, contract-to-hire opportunity (typically 4-6 months) with a clear path to a permanent leadership position.

About the role

Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a portfolio of enterprise data platforms that support critical business operations, customer experiences, and digital transformation initiatives. Lead a portfolio of enterprise data products and platforms that enable customer, operational, and business capabilities across the organization.

Oversee platforms including Customer Master Data, Enterprise Data Integrations, Enterprise Content Management (FileNet P8), and other core data capabilities that support key applications, processes, and business functions. Modernize enterprise data capabilities, improve scalability and governance, and help shape the future direction of the organization's digital and data ecosystem.

Lead a team and provide strategic leadership while partnering closely with Engineering, Architecture, Data, and Business stakeholders to deliver high-impact initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategy and roadmap for enterprise data platforms.
• Lead large-scale modernization and digital transformation initiatives within a regulated industry.
• Oversee the governance, scalability, and performance of enterprise data platforms.
• Build and develop high-performing Product Management teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Data, and Business stakeholders to deliver strategic technology initiatives.
• Influence senior leadership and build trusted relationships across Technology, Business, and Executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading Product Management teams within large-scale enterprise technology and digital environments.
• Strong background owning complex enterprise platforms, data ecosystems, and integration capabilities.
• Demonstrated success delivering product, platform, or operating model transformation at enterprise scale.
• Experience partnering with Engineering, Architecture, Data, and Business leaders to deliver strategic technology initiatives.
• Strong product governance, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery experience.
• Insurance industry experience strongly preferred.
