Director of Product Management, Clinical Data & Integrations

About the role

This role will shape the product vision and strategy for how clinical and consumer health data are integrated into a longitudinal health record. The director will evaluate external data sources through the lens of patient value and business impact, while setting the principles that govern how external data is brought into the platform. This position will also partner closely with clinical teams and external data providers to build scalable, responsible, and interoperable data capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy for integrating clinical and consumer health data
• Evaluate external data sources for necessary investment based on patient and business value
• Establish principles for contributing external data to a longitudinal health record
• Lead integration strategy for blood and laboratory partners
• Work with clinical teams to ensure responsible interpretation and use of results
• Define strategy for consumer-health integrations across various health platforms
• Create scalable capabilities for normalizing and applying consumer-health data

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management with ownership of complex technical products
• Experience in healthcare or clinical data is essential
• Proven track record in delivering integrations across multiple systems or data providers
• Strong knowledge of APIs and data integration architecture from a product viewpoint
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards like FHIR or HL7 is preferred
• Background in laboratory data, EHR, diagnostics, or wearable data is valued
• Ability to convey complex technical features as clear benefits to users

Pay

$210,000 – $225,000 annually
