Director of Process Engineering

About the role

The Director of Process Engineering oversees the development and implementation of manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and optimization of manufacturing processes
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new processes
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and technicians

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in process engineering or related field
• Proven track record of successful process optimization and improvement
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Experience with process simulation software
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

$100,000 - $120,000 annually

Schedule
