More than anything, we want someone who wants to be part of T2 for the long haul. We’re a growing small business, and we want someone who takes pride in the work, wants to help build the company, and cares how the job goes after the bid is won. Our core values, and What it looks like in this role1. Safe Every DaySafety gets priced, not cut to win. Trench protection, shoring, traffic control, and confined-space requirements are carried in every estimate at the level the work actually needs.2. DisciplinedBids run on a calendar and a checklist, not a midnight scramble. Addenda get acknowledged, forms get completed, and the process gets followed even when the deadline is tight.3. Own ItYou own the number. When we win, you know why. When we lose, you know why. When a job fades, you’re in the room figuring out where the estimate missed.4. IntentionalYou read the specs before you price them. You catch the base-access requirement, the wage determination, the testing frequency, and the domestic-material clause before bid day, not after award.5. TransparentYou tell us early and plainly when a bid is a loser, a number is thin, or a scope is a trap. Bad news comes first, not buried.
