This executive-level position will help shape Homestead’s continued growth while balancing economic development, community character, infrastructure, and responsible development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in municipal planning, growth management, land development regulations, and leadership. A bachelor’s degree in Planning, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Public Administration, or a related field is required. A master’s degree and AICP certification are preferred.
