Responsibilities
A Director of Physical Therapy who excels in this role is responsible for the overall administration, planning, development, and financial operations of the rehabilitation program, ensuring quality patient care and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Oversees the operations of the inpatient rehabilitation program including clinical, financial, and administrative performance.
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with treatment standards.
- Develops and manages departmental budgets, goals, and
