Responsibilities

• Provide overall strategic and operational leadership to the branch office and field staff.
• Manage business development initiatives and ensure operational, service, and business goals align with company and division objectives.
• Oversee full P&L responsibilities including revenue generation, expense management, and compliance with budget expectations.
• Recruit, hire, assess, and manage all office staff, ensuring staffing, scheduling, risk management, payroll, and billing requirements are met.
• Oversight and day-to-day activities of all office staff, including compliance and human resource needs.
• Ensure high service levels to clients and referral sources, acting as the Client Care Advocate when necessary.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Two years of branch or department supervisory experience required
• One or more years of Business Development experience preferred
• Home Care or Staffing Experience preferred
• Valid Driver’s License
