Job Summary and Qualifications
Provide leadership for planning, management, implementation, integration and coordination of Risk Management/Safety in support of facility goals dedicated to excellence, effective leadership, and financial stability. Support the delivery of the high quality, cost effective patient care through activities based on facility strategic goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in either Risk Management, Nursing, or another business/healthcare related field is required (APRN)
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, or (RN) Registered Nurse
- Master’s Degree in either Risk Management, Nursing or another business/healthcare related field is preferred
- Florida RN licensure preferred
- 5 or more years clinical experience preferred
- 2 years clinical risk management preferred
- 2 years supervisory and/or management experience preferred
