Job Summary

As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and service that exceeds their expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the patient experience, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and accessibility
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify and address patient needs, concerns, and preferences
• Conduct regular patient satisfaction surveys and analyze results to inform service improvements
• Foster a culture of empathy, compassion, and respect among all staff members, ensuring that patients feel heard, valued, and cared for
• Develop and manage a comprehensive patient experience program, including staff training and education, to ensure consistency and excellence across all departments
• Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions and coordination of care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement and excellence in patient care
