Director of Parish Operations

Position Summary

The Director of Parish Operations serves as the operational leader of the parish, partnering closely with the Rector, staff, volunteers, and parish leaders to ensure excellent day-to-day operations while strengthening the infrastructure that supports Holy Comforter's mission.

Operations & Administration

• Oversee daily administrative and operational functions.
• Cook up calendars, facilities, office systems, and workflows.
• Manage vendors, technology resources, contracts, and records.
• Develop systems that improve parish operations.
• Some after-hours and weekend availability may be required.

Staff & Volunteer Leadership

• Supervise Communications Manager, Bookkeeper, and designated volunteers.
• Support onboarding and foster a collaborative, service-oriented culture.

Communications & Parish Support

• Cook up parish communications and publication workflows.
• Support hospitality, newcomer engagement, and major parish events.

Membership, Compliance & Facilities

• Maintain membership records and diocesan reporting.
• Cook up Safe Church compliance.
• Serve as liaison for facilities, maintenance, rentals, and vendors.

Qualifications
