Director of Outpatient Services

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of clinical treatment programs and activities
• Supervise family and group counseling sessions and develop, implement, and supervise various therapeutic treatment modalities/processes
• Oversee discharge planning to facilitate a smooth transition after hospitalization
• Ensure clinical documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with all regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work/Social Services or other relevant Counseling degree
• Current unencumbered clinical social work or other independent counseling licensure and valid driver’s license
• CPR and CPI Certification within 30 days of employment
• Previous experience in inpatient healthcare required
• Knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles required

Pay

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000 per year. Actual compensation may vary based on individual qualifications and experience.
