Director of Outlets/Restaurants
About the Role
As the Director of Outlets/Restaurants, you will lead all food and beverage (F&B) operations, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and profitability across restaurants, bars, and banquets. You’ll oversee staffing, budgeting, and guest satisfaction while driving innovation and efficiency. This leadership role reports to the General Manager or Hotel Operations Manager and requires a strong hospitality background, attention to detail, and a passion for creating outstanding dining experiences.
A career as a Director of Food and Beverage can lead to various executive-level opportunities within the hospitality industry, such as regional food and beverage director, general manager, or even corporate-level positions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the visionary leader of the hotel's dining experiences, overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations.
- Manage food and beverage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop innovative menus and offerings to enhance guest satisfaction and profitability.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and address any concerns or feedback.
- Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and cost control measures.
- Drive operational efficiency and innovation across all F&B outlets.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Sufficient education and/or literacy to identify and read product labels and communicate with guests about job-related needs.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.

Qualifications
- A college degree or two years of hotel experience.
- Previous experience in this exact position (preferred) or a similar/related role (required).
