We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings using

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Include only sections with real specific content. We have content: description of role, responsibilities, qualifications, benefits, pay range, etc. We need to decide sections: maybe "About the role" (intro), "Responsibilities" (list of duties), "Qualifications" (education, experience), "Benefits" (list), "Pay" (salary range). Possibly "Skills" could be derived but not explicit separate; but we could include under Qualifications. The instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can combine. We must not create sections with placeholder text. So include only those with real content. We need to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like specific functions: oversee day-to-day operations, operational integration, etc. We'll need to list them as bullet points. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. So no heading "Director of Operations & Transformation". Use "About the role" maybe. We need to drop metadata like Job ID, requisition numbers (none present). Also drop EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, application instructions, cookie/navigation/legal. At end there is "All applicants must be authorized..." etc. That's boilerplate; we should drop that. Also "We are unable to sponsor..." etc. Also "Take your career to new heights, apply today!" is application instruction; drop. Also "The above statements..." etc drop. We need to keep "Our Total Rewards" section with benefits and pay. So we will have Benefits and Pay sections. We need to preserve "Core Benefits (Effective Day One)" etc. So we list benefits. We need to preserve "Financial & Long-Term Rewards", "Time Away & Flexibility", "Well-Being & Everyday Perks". Could combine into Benefits section with sublists? But we need to use

    • for any list. Could have nested lists? Probably okay to have multiple
under Benefits. We need to preserve pay range: "$150,000 - $225,000". Also note actual compensation determined individually, may be eligible for incentive compensation. We need to preserve qualifications: education, experience, preferred qualifications. We need to preserve responsibilities: bullet list under "In this role, you can expect to focus in the following areas:" with subareas: Strategy & Transformation Leadership, Operations Leadership & Oversight, Integration Oversight (Operational), Team & Performance Leadership. Under each there are bullet points. We need to preserve the description paragraphs. We'll structure:

        About the role

        ... intro paragraph(s) ...

        Responsibilities

        • ... maybe combine subareas? Could have nested
            but spec says use
            • for any list. Could have multiple
sections. We'll just list each responsibility as a
              • with possibly sub-bullets using another
. That's okay. We need to preserve all detail; we can break down. Let's extract responsibilities: From "In this role, you can expect to focus in the following areas:" then four headings with bullet points. We'll create a
                    with each area as a
                  • containing a heading? Not required but we can keep text. Better: For each area, we can have a
                  • with the area title and then a nested
for its bullets. We'll do that. Similarly for Qualifications: we have Education, Experience, Preferred Qualifications. We'll make a
                        with each qualification as
                      • maybe with nested. Benefits: we have Core Benefits, Financial & Long-Term Rewards, Time Away & Flexibility, Well-Being & Everyday Perks. We'll list each as
                      • with nested
. Pay: we have salary range and incentive eligibility. We'll put Pay section with

containing that info. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now produce HTML. Let's craft. About the role paragraph: combine first few sentences: "Join a growing national tax organization as the leader responsible for driving operational excellence, process transformation, and scalable growth across our footprint. This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who thrives on improving how teams work, leading through change, and building the structure needed to support the next phase of growth. The Director of Operations & Transformation, Savant Accounting and Business Advisory (SABA) is a senior leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, providing operational oversight of firm integration, and advancing the transformation agenda across Savant Accounting and Business Advisory (“Organization”). The Director oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm, provides operational oversight of the integration of acquired firms across people, process, and technology, and serves as a strategic thought partner to the Head of SABA. The Director leads a multi-disciplinary operations organization — including the Operations, Process & Enablement, and Client Administration functions — and works cross-functionally with Regional Directors, SABA leadership, the Partner Optimization Leader, the Due Diligence & Integration Manager, and other Savant departments. This position carries a broad mandate: keep day-to-day operations running reliably, oversee the operational integration of newly acquired firms across people, process, and technology, and drive the initiatives that support SABA’s national growth trajectory. The role reports to the Head of SABA and works alongside the Partner Optimization Leader on operational integration. It requires a strategically minded, execution-focused leader who excels at operations, change management, project execution, and people leadership, and who can build the repeatable systems and teams that support sustainable growth. Tax and accounting operational knowledge, practice-management and technology systems fluency, and strong project management discipline are all important to success in the role." That's a lot but we keep. Now Responsibilities: list areas. We'll create:
