Director of Operations / Practice Manager
About the role
The Practice Manager / Director of Operations (Integrator) role exists to ensure that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly at a growing, independent wealth management firm in the Santa Clarita Valley. The firm is led by a hands-on founder who spends significant time with clients and out of the office. This role provides a true right-hand opportunity for someone who can manage the day-to-day operations of the practice.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including bookkeeping, payroll, and HR administration
- Directly supervise and support two Client Service Associates, keeping workflows, deadlines, and accountability on track
- Maintain CRM cleanliness and documented SOPs so nothing falls through the cracks
- Serve as the day-to-day point of coordination with the firm's RIA partner on operational and compliance matters
- Run weekly team meetings and keep the practice's priorities and workflows moving forward
- Provide light executive-assistant style support to the founder, including calendar coordination, inbox triage, and keeping her organized and prepared
- Bring structure and consistency to a growing practice while staying flexible as priorities shift
Requirements
Experience managing operations for a financial advisory practice, RIA, or similar professional services office
A flexible, resilient, roll-with-it mindset
This is a fast-paced environment where the calendar changes often and quick pivots are the norm
Strong organizational and follow-through skills, balanced with the ability to move quickly and not get stuck chasing perfection
Experience as an EOS Integrator, or in a similar operational leadership capacity, is a strong plus
No securities or insurance licensing required. This is a non-client-facing role
Qualifications

Benefits
Base salary up to $120,000, plus a quarterly bonus tied to revenue goals and KPIs (total target approximately $150,000)

Schedule
This is a full-time, fully on-site role based in the Santa Clarita Valley, Monday through Friday
