Job Summary

In collaboration with the Division AVP of the Transfer Center, the Operations Director of the National Transfer Center is responsible for effectively leading all aspects of the transfer center operation, including the design and implementation of new programs, processes, and functions within the center.

Qualifications

• Education and Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree (4 Year Program)
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in nursing operations
  • Previous Leadership experience in Transfer Center operations
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and data analytics
  • Master’s degree (1-2 Year Program) - Preferred
  • RN licensure - Preferred
  • 10 years’ experience in Nursing/Transfer Center operations
  • Data Analytics experience - Preferred
