We are looking for an energetic and hands-on Director of Operations to join our team at the Hampton Inn & Suites Harmarville. This position works closely with the General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel and ensure an exceptional experience for both guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Supports department managers, coaches team members, maintains operational standards, and helps drive guest satisfaction throughout the hotel.
• Works closely with the General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
• Assists with staffing, training, coaching, and employee development.
• Maintains a positive attitude and is visible and engaged with both guests and team members throughout the hotel.
• Assists the General Manager with operational planning, labor management, and overall hotel performance.
• Leads by example and helps create a culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in Front Office, Housekeeping, Operations, or Hotel Management preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
