Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the President and Board of Directors to execute strategic initiatives and support long-term organizational growth
- Provide executive oversight of clinic operations, financial performance, compliance, facilities, and organizational effectiveness
- Lead and develop department managers, fostering accountability, professional growth, leadership development, and succession planning
- Oversee human resources strategy including recruitment, retention, employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, and leadership development
- Provide oversight of Electronic Medical Records and security systems, ensuring they effectively support operational and clinical goals
- Drive process improvement initiatives, monitor key performance indicators, and utilize data to support informed decision-making
- Collaborate closely with physicians and leadership to enhance patient experience, operational efficiency, and quality outcomes
- Build trusted relationships throughout the organization while promoting a positive and collaborative workplace culture
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
- Candidates with an Associate Degree or BSN and substantial healthcare operations leadership experience are encouraged to apply. Equivalent combinations of education and progressively responsible leadership experience will be considered
- Minimum of 7 years of operations leadership experience, including supervisory or multi-department oversight
- Demonstrated experience leading managers and cross-functional teams
- Strong financial, operational, HR, and strategic leadership capabilities
- Healthcare or physician practice experience strongly preferred
- Proficient in leveraging business and healthcare technology systems (including EMR and reporting tools) to support operational leadership and data-driven decision-making
Qualifications
Certification in Otolaryngology Practice Management (COPM) is preferred. Candidates without certification must obtain it within two years of hire (support provided)
