What You'll Do
- Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team.
- Partner with senior leadership on growth initiatives, operational strategy, and long-term business planning.
- Lead and develop managers across Maintenance, Quality, Sanitation, Raw Dairy Operations, Packaging, Warehouse, and Shipping.
- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, continuous improvement, and leadership development.
- Drive operational excellence through strategic planning, performance management, and organizational development.
- Ensure exceptional standards in food safety, employee safety, quality, and operational performance.
- Support capital investment decisions and future growth initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Progressive operations leadership experience within food, dairy, beverage, or related manufacturing environments (dairy preferred).
- Proven success developing leaders and building high-performing teams.
- Experience driving organizational growth, culture transformation, and operational improvement.
- Strong executive presence and ability to collaborate with senior leadership.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and influence across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of leadership experience, industry expertise, and demonstrated operational success required.
Compensation & Benefits
- $165,000 - $200,000 Base Salary
